Paid Products:

Products are held unto you are ready to collect it or until you are ready for it to be delivered. After 180 days, it will be resold to cover storage fees.

Unpaid Products:

Customers are given 30 days to pay for bags, after which will be sold to cover costs.

To ensure its longevity, please follow these care tips:

1. Cleaning

Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the surface. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the fabric to preserve its shape and texture.

Machine Wash: If necessary, hand wash or use a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.

Stainless Steel Clips and Chains: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their shine. If needed, clean with a non-abrasive metal cleaner.

2. Storage Store your crochet bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this may cause the yarn to fade.
